Can anyone do a triathlon?
Anyone can do a triathlon as long as you prepare well enough beforehand. This includes both physical and mental training. However, the most important requirement is that you enjoy the sport and are willing to invest time and energy in the preparation. Whether you're an experienced athlete or a beginner, the first step is to set realistic goals. Don't overwhelm yourself and slowly adapt your body to new challenges. A triathlon requires a lot of focus and energy, so give yourself plenty of time to recover.
If you have physical problems, you should definitely get a medical check-up and be very careful with yourself during further training. Only go as far as is good for you.
