Conditions of participation for RYZON product testers
Participation in the RYZON product tester campaign under the motto “ Become a RYZON product tester ” and its implementation are governed exclusively by the following provisions:
- The organizer of the raffle is Ryzon GmbH, Maastrichter Str. 45, 50672 Cologne.
- Eligible to participate are all persons residing in Europe, the USA, or the United Kingdom who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation. Employees of the organizer, its affiliated companies, and their relatives are excluded from participation.
- Participation in the raffle is only possible until midnight on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of any goods or services from the organizer. By participating in the raffle, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
- Participation in the product tester raffle is available via Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, the website, and the newsletter. To participate in the " Become a RYZON Product Tester " raffle, participants must register for the Ryzon newsletter using their email address. Four people will be randomly selected as product testers from all newsletter registrations.
- The organizer reserves the right to contact the selected product testers after the end of the raffle and to name them publicly after consultation.
- Only the product package described in the raffle, namely two RYZON cycling outfits and two RYZON running outfits, will be awarded as part of a product testing.
Only one product package is permitted per participant. In the event of a multiple draw, the organizer reserves the right to randomly select a new person from among the valid newsletter registrations. - The selected product testers will be notified by email after the closing date. The selected product testers must confirm receipt of the draw notification to the organizer by 6:00 PM on November 28, 2025, at the latest, and provide any additional information requested by the organizer. If the deadline expires without result, the organizer reserves the right to randomly select a new person from among the newsletter registrations.
- The formalities for handing over the products will be clarified individually with the randomly selected product tester as soon as the randomly selected person has contacted the organizer.
- Cash payment for the goods or exchange of the products is not possible. The prize is non-transferable. The selected product testers accept necessary changes to the products due to other factors beyond the organizer's control.
- The organizer reserves the right to suspend the raffle in whole or in part if difficulties arise that are not the organizer's fault and jeopardize the integrity of the raffle. Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the raffle if they violate these terms and conditions.
- Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who use unauthorized tools or otherwise gain an advantage through manipulation (especially collective or multiple entries). This applies, for example, if automated scripts, hacker tools, Trojans, or viruses are used, or if a participant gains an advantage through other unauthorized means.
- The organizer reserves the right to prematurely cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer's control arise that make the original execution more difficult or unreasonable for the organizer. These include, but are not limited to, unauthorized intervention by third parties, technical problems with hardware or software that are beyond the organizer's control, and violations of law that are directly related to the execution of the raffle.
- Any liability for damages of the organizer and its bodies, employees and vicarious agents arising from or in connection with the raffle, regardless of the legal basis, is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence.
- The organizer collects and stores only the email address provided by the participant. By participating in this raffle, all participants consent to data collection in accordance with the GDPR regulations. The data will be used to conduct and process the raffle and for notification purposes via the Ryzon newsletter. The data of the randomly selected product testers will be used to identify, notify, and announce the selected individuals. The data will not be passed on to third parties. In particular, the corresponding data will not be passed on for advertising purposes. Data will only be passed on to third parties without the participant's consent if the organizer is legally obliged to do so. The organizer is entitled to mention the randomly selected product testers on the website ryzon.net and/or facebook.com/ryzon.apparel and/or instagram.com/ryzon_apparel, stating their first and last names and place of residence. The participant can revoke their consent to the use of their personal data by the organizer at any time and request that their data be deleted immediately. Such revocation should be sent to info@ryzon.net with the subject "Revocation of Facebook raffle." According to the Federal Data Protection Act, the participant has the right to information about their stored data at any time, as well as the right to correction, blocking, or deletion of data. - Legal recourse is excluded. The right to the product package cannot be assigned or transferred. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively. Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms of use shall remain unaffected. These terms and conditions of participation may be amended by the organizer at any time without separate notification. Additions and ancillary agreements regarding the conditions for the raffle must be made in writing to be effective.
- This giveaway is not organized, endorsed, or administered by, or affiliated with, Facebook (Meta). Participants provide their information to the organizer, not to Facebook (Meta). The information provided will be used only for the purposes set forth in the organizer's privacy policy. Facebook (Meta) is released from any liability to any participant for the giveaway.
